Sale terms

Pallet Time is operated by End Motion LLC. These terms apply to pallet inquiries and purchases through pallettime.com. Each pallet’s own listing and any written quote supply its specific condition, known contents, price, and fulfillment terms.

Inventory descriptions

Pallets vary. New or overstock inventory is described as unused only when supported by the available information; packaging may show wear. Customer returns may have been opened or used and may be damaged, incomplete, or nonworking. Untested means functionality was not verified, regardless of source. We do not promise a resale value, profit, or item count unless a specific listing expressly states it.

Orders and payment

Submitting an availability request does not reserve a pallet or create a sale. An order is accepted after we confirm availability, the delivery method, the total amount due, and payment. Card payments, when enabled, are handled by Stripe. Do not send card details by email. A checkout request marked “payment pending” is not proof that payment succeeded.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Read our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Refund Policy before paying. No public pickup is currently offered. Sales are final for a change of mind or disclosed condition risks, subject to the exceptions explained in those policies and applicable law.
