Pallet Time is operated by End Motion LLC. This policy describes how we use information you provide on pallettime.com.

Information we collect

When you sign up for pallet updates, we collect your name, email, phone number, city and state, electronics interests, and your consent to receive updates. Earlier signups may also include a pickup or shipping preference. Contact and pallet request forms collect your name, email, phone, message when supplied, pallet ID, request status, and timestamps. The site and its providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver the site and prevent spam.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, send requested pallet updates or order status messages, arrange fulfillment, keep order records, and protect our forms from spam. We do not sell your contact information.

Site activity

We count page visits, pallet views, availability clicks, signups, contact messages, and requests in daily totals to understand which pages and pallets interest buyers. These counts do not store your name, email address, phone number, IP address, or a persistent visitor identifier. Page view counts use temporary browser session storage to avoid counting repeated views and respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings. Our hosting provider may process technical request information needed to operate and secure the site.

Who handles it

We store signups and buyer requests in our website database and email the relevant details to our business inbox. Our website hosting, email service, and spam protection providers process information to provide these services. Stripe processes payments and payment information under its own privacy policy when checkout is enabled. We do not collect full card numbers in our forms. We share information with delivery providers only as needed to fulfill an order.

Your choices

To stop pallet updates or ask us to correct or remove your signup information, email support@pallettime.com. We may retain records when needed to respond to a request or meet legal obligations.

Security and updates

We use access controls, spam checks, and secure service connections to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the site grows; the effective date above will change when we do.
